Your baby is the size of a large pineapple!

What Your Baby is Doing

The bones in your baby’s skull have not yet fused, and they overlap. This makes it easier for the baby’s head to fit through the birth canal. He or she is also rapidly losing that wrinkled look, and its skeleton is hardening.

What Your Body is Doing

You are probably having trouble finding a comfortable position to sleep in. You can always use pillows to create support for your back, neck, and waist. You may also notice you’re feeling achiness in your wrists. This is because you are retaining water, which puts pressure on your carpal tunnel, which is a tiny bone canal in your wrist.

What You Should Eat

Try eating kale this week. The nutrients in kale can help boost your well-being. It contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, and vitamin K, among others. It is also a good source of vitamin C and iron.
