What Your Baby is Doing

Your baby can now open and close its fingers, curl its toes, and will be able to feel the movement if you poke your tummy.

What Your Body is Doing

Your belly may start to show around this week. You are almost through the first trimester, which ends after week 13.

What You Should Eat
